At this weekend’s Stereonet Show, MOON’s 491 network player/preamplifier was a streaming sensation. It delivered the tunes in perfect detail through a pair of MOON 461 power amplifiers, with Audiovector’s new R 5 Arreté loudspeakers filling the room with toe-tapping sound. We’re most used to seeing MOON products in a two-tone finish (black and silver), but we’re huge fans of the discreet all-black finish we chose for the show, as seen in the images here. You’ll also notice Nordost. We used a full Nordost loom as part of the system to ensure we got the very best performance from the entire setup.
